Sex Discrimination

Sexual Harassment

Sex Offenses, Nonforcible: Nonforcible sexual intercourse.

- By a current or former spouse or intimate partner of the Complainant;
- By a person with whom the Complainant shares a child in common;

Sexual Exploitation

Retaliation
